A long illness extending over a period of ten years proved fatal at 3:30 o'clock Wednesday morning to Mrs. Julia Anna Curtis Collier, 79, widow of W. Vernon; three daughters, Mrs. Walter Haynes of Evansville, Mrs. Mary David of Memphis, Tenn., and Mrs. Potts; a half-sister, Mrs. Florence McKannie of California; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
