He worked in telephone sales for Wyche & Co. Curtis was a member of the Love Field Masonic Lodge and was a Scottish Rite Mason. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was also a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors: Wife; two stepsons, Mike Bailey and Larry Bailey of Irving, and four brothers, J.B. Curtis and E.E. Curtis, of Seagraves, Gaines County, L.B. Curtis of Hobbs, N.M., and J.W. Curtis of California. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Colonial Funeral Chapel in Irving. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas.4
