He was born Nov. 12, 1908, at Athens, the son of Frederick and Grace HEETER ROWE, and had spent most of his life in this community. His marriage was Aug. 21, 1941, at Indianapolis, to Margaret LEE, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Karl (Lee Ann) NEWCOMB, St. Mary’s-of-the-Woods, Ind., and Miss Dina G.
